We have implemented a team of volunteers who have the role of giving attention to the appearance of our wonderful community. Hollys Sands Estates has been divided into three zones. You can see them color-coded below.
Each zone will be covered by a different ambassador team. Their role will be to keep residents in their zone aware of appearance issues. We have produced an “Infraction Identification” card to communicate when specific issues need to be addressed by residents.
